All equipment repaired at Solid Video Corporation (SVC) under this tender carries a standard three (3) months warranty on parts replaced (if any) and labor for the same reported complaint commencing from date of release of equipment to customer. Software, cables, connectors, bags, camera plate adapter, camera & CCU intercom headset, camera jacket, batteries, racks, accessories, and other consumable items do not carry warranty. Damage due to negligence, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs, force majeure and other acts and faults attributable to customer are not covered by this warranty.
